Why do we like the Davis? No, it's not the bad sound system or the sticky floors. It's not the small, slanted theaters or even the permanent smell of burnt popcorn. We like the Davis because it's close to our apartment and it's cheaper than other theaters.

We used to LOVE the Davis because it used to be only $1.50 if you hit it at the right time. But those days are sadly gone, and now $4.50 is as cheap as it gets. So now we just kind of like the Davis, because it's still cheaper than most, which counts for something.
