You really can't ask for anything more from a local. They've got the activities down — pool table, dart board (with good darts), board games, and paint and canvas for anyone to use (no shit!). The place is nicely decorated, but not overdone. They have a decent jukebox and also encourage people to bring in their own CDs. It's homey, it's mellow, it's comfortable. Plus they have nightly specials for good beer at $2 a pint. Nice, huh? Plus the owner will float you a jello shot every now and then, which maybe come to think of it would be best done without, but it's a neighborly gesture nonetheless.
