A tiny 10-seater, down a side alley in...I don't know, is that still Jingumae? If you're standing in front of Le Sang de Poetes, cross Gaien Nishi Dori on the perpendicular and head straight down into the small street directly across. Within two blocks you'll see an unlit sign pointing down an alley to the left. It probably has a smiley face on it. A few more feet and it's there on your right.

Its former incarnation was a reggae bar, and it still keeps a lot of that vibe, though now it might be mid-90s San Francisco indie rock on the sound system just as easily as Japanese reggae. With so little space, it's impossible not to start talking to your neighbors, which on every occasion so far has been a good thing.
